退款政策

如果你对第一个付费月份不满意，可以在首次付款后 7 个自然日内申请退款。请提供会员邮箱、支付渠道、付款引用和退款原因。
启用订阅支付后，你可以通过支付服务商取消未来续费；如果是手动支付路线，可以联系支持。续费周期退款会按情况审核，尤其是该周期已经交付较多会员内容时。
如果付款成功但未收到访问权限，请联系支持。Atlas Quant Desk 会恢复访问、提供可用会员链接，或在无法合理恢复访问时退款。
不会因为某只股票、ETF、策略、市场或个人交易表现不佳而退款。服务是研究和教育内容，不承诺收益。
发送邮件到 linlimir@gmail.com，标题写 “Atlas Quant Desk refund request”。退款获批后，会尽量退回原支付方式。
If you are not satisfied with the first paid month, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the first payment. Include the member email, payment provider, payment reference, and reason for the request.
You can cancel future renewals through the payment provider when subscription checkout is enabled, or by contacting support if the payment route is manual. Refunds for renewal periods are reviewed case by case, especially if substantial member content for that period has already been delivered.
If payment was successful but access was not delivered, contact support. Atlas Quant Desk will either restore access, provide a working member link, or issue a refund if access cannot be reasonably restored.
Refunds are not granted because a stock, ETF, strategy, market, or personal trade performed poorly. The service is research and education content, not a performance guarantee.
Email linlimir@gmail.com with the subject "Atlas Quant Desk refund request". Refunds, when approved, are sent back through the original payment method where practical.
